    Television is one medium that brings about impact on children. The more widespread this time broadcast television, the greater the possibility of the effects of the television message. What is conveyed by the television turned out to have a major influence on children. Especially for children, besides the presence of television broadcasts could be used as a tool to play, as well as a loyal friend when they feel lonely or have no activity. In fact they tend to find something fun for themselves. In children, the component organisms (of mind) is still unstable. That is, the messages TV footage provides a fast or slow memory affects behavior caused. In other words, as the characters the children will imitate what he had seen on television. This means, in accordance with the theory of television viewing will b ecome a model modeling the behavior of children.

    This study aimed to describe the behavior of children watching a show on child behavior. The second is to know the impact of watching a child’s impressions of the behavior of elementary school children Kristen Satya Discourse Salatiga. The research method used is the type of quantitative research and analysis explanative used product moment correlation test.

    The results of this study showed that there was watching the effects are more likely to show a child prosocial behavior compared to antisocial behavior. Impact of child’s viewing behavior display stronger prosocial behavior occurs in heavy viewers compared to light viewers. Viewing behavior can affect the child’s impressions 21.6% audience prosocial behavior whereas heavy viewers in the audience light15.5% viewer is able to influenceprosocial behavior.
